What negative feedback?
For reactive issues, ask "What proactive work could you have done to avoid this?"
Is there anything I can delegate?
What questions should I ask?
Check that the OKRs are still in keeping with organizational priorities
Give feedback on whether the declared actions for the upcoming week are the straightest line to achieving their OKRs

Check Slack history for feedback
Think about key contributions they've made
Highlight any sections that I’d like to discuss in the meeting
